VANNIN CAPITAL


​Established in 2010, Vannin Capital describes itself as "the pioneer of the rapidly evolving market of legal finance". It has raised well over £100m in funds to invest in litgation and arbitration cases.

As a member of the Association of Litigation Funders of England & Wales (ALF), Vannin ensures it observes the highest standards in line with its Code Of Conduct. 


Vannin provides finance for law firms around the world as well as offering litigation funding for corporates. It does this by adopting a sophisticated and entrepreneurial approach to legal finance to support businesses reduce or eliminate the cost and risk of litigation. 

On 6 September 2019, Fortress (a significant investor in the fast-growing legal finance market in recent years) acquired Vannin Capital. It remains to be seen, whether this will signal any change in Vannin's approach to litigating and arbitration funding.
